Wits Hall is a ranking related to your Promotion Rank. Unlocked at Deputy 6, every player currently at your rank will be listed. Click challenge to take a player's spot. You have to defeat them in combat to advance.
To promote, you must be above the minimum No. in Wits Hall, different for every promotion. If you are below the minimum Wits Hall No., you will be demoted.

Rewards
Once a day at 21:00 server time, Wits Hall Salary is sent for you to claim. The amount of Merit and Coins you receive will depend on your Promotion Rank and your Wits Hall No.
